About Us
David and Wendy have had the privilege of caring for children in the Carson Valley since 2009. What started as an in-home daycare, with a license to care for six children, has grown into two childcare facilities with the capacity to care for up to almost 100 children combined. We currently care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We are a family run business with our daughter, Meaghan, who is a licensed Director. In addition, we have the pleasure of working with team members, most of whom have worked with us for years. They came to us with years of experience, knowledge, and a passion for learning. The staff at Little Discoveries provides a safe, welcoming environment that promotes hands-on learning that suits each child's needs and abilities.
